Founder
Elaine Teh Former founder of restaurant chain Little Cottage Cafe and Little Cottage Catering Services in Penang, Elaine has been whipping up authentic, traditional delicacies in Penang for the past decade.
She aspires to share her passion in the art of cooking traditional delicacies and more importantly, preserving the standards for future generations. Passionate about sharing her culinary knowledge; Elaine travels extensively to various parts of Malaysia & Singapore to teach & impart her well-horned culinary skills which she gained through her years in the F&B industry.
She see the demand for ready to eat sauce and decided to start the sauce manufacturing business. TA kitchen was established and premium XO sauce was born. She believes this premium sauce makes gourmet cooking easy & minimised wastage.
Main Ingredient
Made using Hokkaido top grade conpoy (dried scallop) as its main ingredient, it is complemented by first grade dried shrimp, dried salted fish, chilli, garlic, shallots, chicken broth and top quality spices.
Premium XO Sauce has the perfect Balance of spices with distintive aroma & umami flavour.
This Gourmet XO Sauce is made ready to eat. Suitable as dipping sauce, dressing or in Cooking to uplift the flavour of your dishes.
